Coils Steels is a proud member of the Australian Steel Institute.

The Australian Steel Institute (ASI) is the nation’s peak body representing the entire Australian steel supply chain from the manufacturing mills right through to end users in building and construction, heavy engineering, and manufacturing. The ASI provides marketing and technical leadership to promote Australian-made steel as the preferred material for building, construction, and manufacturing industries and policy advocacy to the government.

The ASI has a range of solutions and tools to ensure cost-effective, compliant outcomes, and structures that are resilient and achieve the intended design life. Compliance solutions include Steelwork Compliance Australia (SCA), Steel Sustainability Australia (SSA), and ShedSafe. The ASI works across the full extent of the supply chain and has identified a number of areas for which the stakeholders need particular knowledge. Shared knowledge makes it easier for the ASI to action our mission of ensuring our supply chain is operating at maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

National Association of Steel-Framed Housing (NASH)

Coils Steels is a proud member of the National Association of Steel-Framed Housing.

NASH represents the interests of light steel frame fabricators, material and component suppliers, builders of steel framed housing, and customers of steel framing systems. NASH is active in regulatory processes affecting steel-framed housing, contributing to Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC), and working closely with government planning agencies.

NASH has a range of solutions and tools to act as an effective collective voice of the industry on regulatory, technical, and social issues affecting the industry. NASH vigorously represents industry views in regulatory and standards forums and joins networks to form alliances with like-minded organisations.
