Structural Cold Rolled Supplied and Processed by Coil Steels
Structural cold rolled steel products consist of temper-rolled and high-strength low alloy steel grades. These products are manufactured with guaranteed minimum yield strengths ranging from 180MPa to 350MPa. With good ductility, structural grade cold rolled steel products are suitable for galvanising applications.
Structural grades comprise CA180S-G®, CU200T-G, CA250T-G, and CM350-G® – these products have a surface finish that is cold rolled and skin passed, and come oiled or not oiled as well as an edge finish that can be trimmed or untrimmed (mill edge). Carbon and Hardness Cold Rolled Supplied and Processed by Coil Steels
Carbon and hardness cold rolled products are based on carbon content with guaranteed chemical composition, as well as three Cold Rolled hardness products with guaranteed minimum hardness. Carbon and hardness grades comprise CA1010H-E (typical applications include bearings, hardened washers, and bushes), CA85T-G (often used in seals, washers, brackets, and hinges), CA45S-D, and DRUMSTOCK® steel (typically used in drum and pail bodies and ends).
These products have a surface finish that is cold rolled and skin passed, and come oiled or not oiled as well as an edge finish that can be trimmed or untrimmed (mill edge).
Formable Cold Rolled Supplied and Processed by Coil Steels
Formable cold rolled steel products come in three grades that include skin-passed, deep drawing steels with guaranteed minimum yield strength, and non-aging steels free from stretcher strain. Formable cold rolled steel products have surfaces suitable for general-purpose and exposed applications. Key benefits include excellent weldability, formability, pressing, and bending. Formable grades comprise: CA2S-E, CA3SN-G, and CA5SN-E.

Vitreous Enamelling Cold Rolled Supplied and Processed by Coil Steels
Vitreous enamelling cold rolled products are skin passed with deep and extra deep drawing capability, with excellent weldability, formability, and bending. They are typically used in applications such as stove liners, heaters, bathtubs, and architectural panels. Vitreous enameling grades comprise CV2S1 and CV4S2- these products have a surface finish that is cold rolled and skin passed, and come oiled or unoiled as well as an edge finish that can be trimmed or untrimmed (mill edge).
